Pretty much Trump must believe he is literally above the law because he IS the law. He has declared himself a judge and jury by saying he can pardon anyone for anything. Don't people understand this is what true dictators do - not imagined dictators like Obama maybe throwing out an executive order some folks don't like. This is a real red flag, but I don't think Trump's cult members will give a hoot or be even moderately critical.

"If he is a criminal then why is he he still president." We don't know if he is criminal because he has not been charged with anything (anything legally wrong anyway). However he has let us know that if he is a criminal and is charged with something, he can just pardon himself and deserves the pardon because he is the law.

I'm not sure why something like that doesn't bother a guy like you because you always seem so sure you are on the side of righteousness.

PS - He may be able to even pardon himself, but that would greatly suck.
