Completely unfair to expect people to speak English (when they are born in the USA), get a job, show up for that job on time, to avoid excessive drinking or taking drugs, to save a few dollars every month, and basically participate in society.
There are millions of people that seem to be able to accomplish this. How is it that only those who don't want to, can't?
