I was researching sugar and the damage it does to humans when consumed. I ran across the ten most adulterated foods today. I found honey was among them. I think everyone should now have their own bee keeper, just like many have their own farmer to provides them with hormone free beef, pork, chickens and of course organic veggies. I just cannot get over what we are consuming that is causing damage to our bodies and our immune systems. John

According to the USP research, below are the most adulterated foods along with a list of the “fake” ingredients found in them.
- Olive Oil – non-olive oils such as corn oil, hazelnut oil and palm oil.
- Milk – whey, bovine milk protein, melamine, and cane sugar.
- Honey – high fructose corn syrup, glucose, and fructose.
