Talking to the boogaloo, part 2: Exclusive conversations with a would-be revolutionary | Salon.com

As he notes, boogaloo is a lot less hierarchical than the major white supremacist groups- more like antifa in that way. The guiding principle appears to be "I may be a loser now, but when things collapse (which we will assist) and we are better armed and organized, then we won't be harharhar."

Curious that there is no vision as far as what happens then. Libertarianism, I guess.

Counting on a failed theory seems like a bad idea.

And man, apparently they really, really hate cops.

Re: the boogs

With all of these groups, there is an element of just plain 'ol little boyz love to play army.

And when they have access to military grade toys, oh boy.

Re: the boogs

They are correct that overt racism can be a ditraction and somewhat counterproductive as far as messaging goes.

And they understand that if you destroy the government then the minorities whose rights it protects will be fair game anyway.

That's always been a core, but until recently unspoken, tenet of libertarianism. There was always a strong neo-Confederate strain in there.
