I read the headline.  Sorry sob wants to slander the tea party.  What seems like many years ago I went to tea party events where people were thoroughly pissed about banker bailouts and mortgage fraud.  I read the headline, did the author ever lay the blame on the guys you voted for, the one's who say no crimes were committed. I've had my fill of people who wish to distract from were the real criminals are.

Thought it was worth pointing out that the good Colonel's opinions got a lot of notice mostly becasue we assume that his experience and rank confer a degree of authority and unquestioned patriotism. If one of us civvies said the same we'd just be kooks.

But worth noting that some of the most vocal people on the other side also claim such credentials- particularly the Oath Keeper types who primarily police and former miliray and who desperatly desire a more authoritarian society.

And BTW, that is achieved primarily by beginning tthe argument by saying GUNS. Then a substantial number of people have the kill switch triggered in their brains.

From your posts here I'd say you also desire a more authoritarian society.   Not many people embrace volunteerism, not really, most want everyone forced to conform to their viewpoint.
