Republican leader Donald Trump's lawyers claim he can pardon himself.

Undoubtably he needs all the pardons he can get-whether it is for wholesale lying, P**** grabbing, infractions of good taste, excessive use of bankruptcy law, collaboration with Russian spy agencies or just plain criminal behaviour will have to be decided later.

One used to ask the lord for pardon, and probably in the view of most evangelical "christians", this is just what Donald I, god, emperor and Caesar has done,
