Deos anybody know if there was any difference in the serivces that were accesed? Did the baggers plug in to utilities for their speaker system, or erect structures that might have required them to pull a permit?
From what I've read te OWS gatherings don't go on the power grid. They have some method of relaying speech content by repetition. Not sure just how it works.
No supporting or defending anybody that was involved in these ecisions.. Just wondering.
