Not sure of the intent of your post but I would put a restricted label on a movie with as much violence in it as that one indicates.
Of course different people and cultures have different ideas of what is 'bad'.
That is why in the US they had to cover the breasts in a movie to get it by the censors while in Canada they had to reduce the violence. We allow natural things and try to cut unnatural things I guess.
