I hate to say this but your 10% bounty on anyone finding goverment wasting money isnt a bad Idea. THe only downfall is convincing the idiots in washington  what wasteful spending is.

each state would have an independent board to opt if it is waste or not eliminating the dc pols choice---like here in our school system 65% of all funds never get past the central office ---we have people drawing checks with no job titles so we do away with them and pay the person turning them in10% of their salary for 2 years and no taxes --this in turn saves the system 90% --it will work and will correct the system within 3 years ---there are people on this board who could earn millions by this system ---take the crap program it pays out over 2 billion and can be proven useless in a short while -=-look at what the whistle blower would earn

Bart, what lead to this recession was one thing and one thing only....the community reinvestment act. Started by Jimmy Cater and given teeth by Bill Clinton forcing banks to make loans they new would never be repaid. The greed and immorality of the paper traders added the fuel and the wind that lead to the finical wild fire.
