You don't really believe that the president planned the operational tactics do you?? He only would approve or disapprove the plan but not any of the particulars. The memo you are referring to, that I can only find in the Obama hater web sites, merely say that the operational planning was done by the Seal commander.

Of course, you and your ilk would certainly say that if it failed, this gives the president an out. Of course, it does but wouldn't the planner ultimately be responsible if he forgot something or failed to give the proper direction if when they got there, there was a full battalion of battle troops guarding OBL? How could that be anyone's fault but the planner. You guys are going back to the old time worn "it's Obama's fault because he is president and it happened on his watch." However, you refuse to admit that when something totally outside the realm of responsibility of the president when bush was president was his fault "because he was president at the time."
