Re: warmongers in congress

The way President Trump continues to carry on about this entire Syria thing, it is as if he doesn't even want a war.

A good thing we still have Lindsay Graham, Mitt Romney, Nancy Pelosi, former President G.W. Bush, our Washington military industrial complex, the caucus of Republican neocons, the MSM/Hollywood power elites, and now, the newly woke war hawks in the Democratic Party to save us. Together, they will ensure the status quo for our endless Asian wars are well protected and nourished in the coming years.

It would seem that 18 years time, a trillion dollars in wasted money, and 10,000 dead American servicemen are all not nearly enough of a price to pay for anyone living in Washington DC these days. Much more to follow, but let none of us lose "our courage" for the upcoming sacrifices to be made.

And so it goes...

Try $5-6 T.

There were better ways to stab the Kurds in the back.

It is almost like he's a Russian agent or something.

Re: warmongers in congress

The Kurds have just announced a new policy for accepting any and all volunteers.

Mental, physical, and moral requirements are all subject to a very liberal waiver policy. Age is unimportant. Training, uniforms, weapons, and ammunition will all be furnished on an as-needed basis.

The time not to stab the Syrian kurds in the back was before obama decided assad had to go,

Re: warmongers in congress

Not accurate, but nice try, you little peacenik you. The Syrian Civil War began spontaneously in 2011 although there was no doubt some meddling from Turkey, Israel, others.

Pivotal point was leaving Iraq and ISIL forming.

The Pentagon history re-invention machine and all the generals say that was a mistake and it probably was. Although nobody has yet really explained how the US was going to operate in the region without a SOFA.

I do (not) recall great rejoicing here when it was announced that tens of thousands of our troops were coming home.

GWB was refused a SOFA, as was Obama. That was from the pro-Iranian Shiite government that had come to power when the USA USA USA screwed the pooch.

BTW, a couple thousands of our Hessians are being deployed to SA.

BTW, Assad Sr., at least, was everything that we portrayed Khadaffy and Saddam as when we needed cartoon villains to get folks ginned up for a fight.

Certainly more the nexus of terrorism.

Re: warmongers in congress

Gen Allen said "we handed Obama a victory and he threw it away."

Actually we financed an ethnic cleansing that gave us a temporary tie, where we could declare victory and leave.

Or stay, I guess, occupying a place with a government hostile to our presence.

Such is The Forever War, ever since Shrub, Deadeye Dick and the neocons got us stuck to the tar baby.

Treachery and retreat in Syria doesn't end anything, particularly as we deploy our Hessian mercenaries to the Bonesaw Kingdom.

They do pay better, though. A fact not lost on our Dear Leader.

They do rent a lot of hotel suites, even some they don't stay in.

Ha ha yeah sure obama had nothing to do with it, all those weapons and trainers funneled in behind the scenes to anyone who would fight against assad did nothing to escalating the war.

Primarily fought ISIL in the ongoing crapfest.

One thing about libertarians is that they have a laser sharp take on who's Good People and who ain't.
