A young businessman rented an office and furnished it with equipment. However, no business was forthcoming. Sitting there, worried, he saw a man come into the outer office.
Wanting to look busy, he picked up the phone and pretended he was negotiating a big deal. He spoke loudly, reciting big figures. Finally, he put the phone down and asked, "Can I help you?"
The man said, "I've come to install your phone."
