Eatery Menu
On my travel venture have noticed the menu's having chicken being the first item'Z on the menu page - - -
How did this happen to dis-place BEEF ? ?
Is it the effectiveness of the chicken check- off $$$ ? ?

Re: Eatery Menu
Chicken mçnuggets over the years trained the young to prefer chicken...then they grew up and still do.

Re: Eatery Menu
I am most likely in the generation you are referring to, as I ate plenty of Chicken McNuggets as a young child.
While I think chicken is ok, I prefer beef; so I am inclined to disagree with your assessment.

Re: Eatery Menu
Perhaps the best way to handle chicken is to just eat some eggs. Mo.
Irregardless...how many ie what percentage of your peer group feels like you do?
And what catches their children's eye regarding food choices?

Re: Eatery Menu
I would say the restaurant owner will promote whatever item has the greatest profit margin. Personal preference is what drives sales.

Re: Eatery Menu
While on a 10 day trip , observed LOTS of Chicken being ordered, and my relatives ate barbQ chicken , while the N Y Strips I brought were a short 2nd. place - NOT A GOOD conversation - - -
Well paid folks & stated BEEF is TOO expensive. along with non-consist-ant product quality - I was very disappointed in my conversation - - -
Also - take a look at Omaha Steaks adds - eye openers , lots of choices rather than beef ?
