Its kinda funny,  the last big feedlot and packiñg plant sold to JBS (  Brawley ÇA )……the anti trust reasoning was that no one else was large enough to buy that business,   And the govt folks that decide this ultra weird reasoning even went to college LOL.

As  far  as  E P A  being  a  threat  to Marfrig,  I'm  sure  those  board  members  will  move  their  residence  to  the  feedlot  onsite  perimeter  and  personally  monitor  all  of  the  daily  actions, keeping  things  in  check - - -

Explain  to  me  how  E P A  actions  we  the  financial  undoing  of   National  or  J B S  and  the  sale  of  Keystone  Foods  L L C   for  1 Billion $  to  raise  enough  capital  for  the  acquisition - - -
