I do not know if it will help demand, but it certainly should not hurt.
Still hard to compete with boneless pork loin. They practically give that stuff away.
You hit the mark 3020 - beef retail seems to turn it's nose to these facts ?
I think as long as the retailers are selling something they're happy.
