-10 for a high today , next batch of calves coming soon.
The scrubby looking lady there in the middle front will be 17 on March 1. She is all go and no show. She has weaned 17 calves , 12 of which were females, all currently in the herd and so far just as productive. The red tag to her rear , the head up one on her right flank and the one front right are three of those daughters. She ain't the prettiest, however she always weans a calf in the top 1% of the herd for weaning weight, she is docile , she has bred back on the 1st service each year, has great feet and leg structure and twice has raised twins , those years she weaned over 12oo LBS for those seasons. Never had to assist her in birthing , or any of her daughters for hat matter. I have flushed embryos out of her twice and she actually has a total of 21 daughters in the herd. Also flushing some of the daughters this year.
With a long cool woman in a black dress
Just a 5'9" beautiful 'n' tall
Well with just one look I was a bad mess
'Cause that long cool woman had it all
Had it all, had it all, had it all
Had it all, had it all, had it all (she had it all)
