I wouldn't be too fast to buy too many tickets........... every acre will come back on the tax rolls at who knows what value for "Pristene western vistas where the duke once rode his horse.....or the free stallions roam.."

I'd assume the federal government will hold the mineral rights, they will go under the table for political favors in a move of campaign spending reform and it will look like midland texas as the political foundations manage it like they did huricane relief.

I want Everything to Go on the lotto acres.

There's a secondary market that winners can sell or trade off their wins if they want.
