I use one called iMap Weather. It's okay. Gives local conditions as a snapshot, then has a basic radar function that also indicates severe weather. Only problem I've had with it is the radar maps are really slow to load, even if you've got a rock-solid connection. 

 

I agree with Jc here -- I use one of our local TV stations' app for weather. A lot quicker and more nimble than the iMap app, in my opinion. I also just use the mobile web version of Weather.com. They do a good job.
