Calculation of Effective Rainfall
hi !
If effective rainfall is the rainfall which becomes available to plants and crops minus losses due to runoff, evaporation and deep percolation, is it correct to write this?
Pe = R – D – RO
Where Pe is the effective rainfall ; D is water lost to deep percolation and RO is the water run-off
Thanks !
