I sat in on a conference call yesterday about the new federal rule for the Clean Water Act. There was a lot of early reaction by environmental-farm groups-fed agencies that seemed to be short on details, but this one on wetlands/prairie potholes seemed to be pop through as one of the main things I was able to pick up.
