If you have 32 harvestable ears in 1/1000th of an acre and they average 16x 40. You have 225 bu/acre. I think there are areas that will struggle, but there are also areas that will blow that out of the water. There are fields that were planted April 23, at 36K, great stand, never had a bad day in their 90 day life. As always knock wood. 🙂
Checked my best the other day. 19*36 at 32000 population. I've never had over 16 rows if kernals. Not sure what pushed this field. Other fields were 16*40. Didn't check any that didn't get sidedressed. Do t need that depression right now.
