Several companies that make fungicides have told me at meetings about the benefits of early fungicide applications at V6 on corn (fifth fully expanded leaf with the leaf collar). Have any of you tried this? Seen any benefit? I know applications at tasseling are getting to be common, but haven't heard as much about applications this early.
