Find the best seeds for your fields

Hey everyone --

Last week we launched the beta version of our seed selection tool. Thousands of farmers have searched for and found the best performing products for their fields. Don't settle for average. Use Yield Pop to find the top performing products in your area:

http://www.yieldpop.com

So how does it work?
We are combining an unrivalled dataset with powerful analytics to bring you a truly simple way to research and select seeds for the 2014 season. Here's what our service includes:

  • Unique database: our proprietary database includes more than 100,000 field trials, 5,000 products, 100s of technologies and dozens of brands
  • Filter and compare: search by crop, location, desired maturities, preferred technologies and brands to easily find the products most suitable for your farm
  • Get a quote: save the products you are most interested in to your seed pallet and and we'll find you a great deal

As this is our beta launch, we'll be quickly rolling out new features over the coming weeks. If you have any ideas about things we could improve or features / data you'd like to see, please drop us a line (hello@yieldpop.com).

Thanks!

Matthew

Hi Shaggy98 - thanks for the feedback. Where are you based? We'll soon be adding university data and hence should be able to cover some more areas ... drop me a line at hello@yieldpop.com and I'll be sure to notify you as soon as data from your area is available.

Re: Find the best seeds for your fields

Me neither, southern Ohio. Big difference between our soil and topograph and the part of Ohio you have covered. It would be cool if you ever get our area. most of the data currently available is from somewhere quite different from here.

Matthew,

Thanks for posting that. It is a really nice tool. I spend a good bit of time reviewing the FIRSTdata each year and this tool will certainly be helpful.
