Frosted beans
Some of you northern guys may have dealt with my problem. I started spring by taking advantage of the dry weather and planted a 28 acre field of beans early. March 30, drilled, looked good but the frost early last week damaged it some. I checked the stand, and it is around 80,000 population left. A few spots checked 50,000. I'm on the fence for replant because it's still fairly early in May and only 28 acres. I want to leave it to see what it does make though. In theory, it should be enough and reap the extra sunlight to make a decent crop. Thoughts?
