Hold on glyphosate tolerant sugar beets
A federal judge in northern California has enjoined planting glyphosate tolerant sugar beets. He found the USDA had not completed the proper environmental impact statement and determined it was not a "simple mistake" but a major problem.
What do you think? Is this a good thing? The previous ban on RR alfalfa was lifted. Is this just a repeat or something different?
