N- Plot - Where it starts !

Good morning everybody -  I decided this morning - well -- to goof off - lol  So playing on the computer

The most common question I get from guys on our Purdue plots are ------- What was the result's ???? Or what we had seen - anything different ???

So this morning - I thought I would post up what it takes to do one of these , Now some will look at this lay out and think - that looks like a lot of extra work - but it really is not - I just load the rates and then go . The plots have got more involved the past few years -  But that's great with me - the more the merrier -

This plot started last winter - throwing out idea's - what area farmers would like to see - to help them answer some of there own questions - and so on . This plot was made by Bob Nielsen and Jim Camberato - When I first looked at it - I though - Ken - How in the world do they come up with this ?? I even asked if it evolved Long Necks and a Dart board ??? That is a joke btw ! lol 

Yet the best way it just to post up what I recieved from them -

After the corn is up - Bob came down and flaged every rep . - which  there are 24 - flags are set in the middle of the 16 rows - which that is what we shell out of every rep .

Corn is taking off !  Tapping that N and getting that pretty deep green - one of my favorite times of the year !

Shelby County Co-op rolled in with there New Hag - with the Y-Drops for our last pass -

The Y drop app - along with my Hagie NTB - this was a great rep - to test if there was any difference in App method
