Randy is pretty interesting to talk to. Listened to him speak last winter at a seed meeting for spectrum seed.
He claimed to have no Ag background before.
His accomplishments are unarguably impressive for even the most experienced Ag professional.

OKdon... I disagree. Imagine if u could raise 500 bushel corn and your neighbors were raising 250. Who'd winnthe bid at the next land auction nearby?
He is buying yield, but he's doing it at a lower cost per bushel overall then his competition

Plus OKDon, look at all the additional revenue he'd be obligated to pay taxes on.

Shaggy - just think how 500 bu. would screw up the section 179  ---

I find it interesting how these nontraditional areas are doing so well the last few years. Changing a lot of old ways. From logistics to marketing.
