Plains wheat's waking up
Our friends down at Kansas Wheat in Manhattan (home of the Jayhawk-killers, the K-State Wildcats...sorry, had to get that in here!) say they're seeing a lot of wheat popping out of dormancy early, with these warm temps we've been having the last few days.
Anybody in wheat country seeing this happen? Is it enough to get you worried, or do you think it'll make it through to spring okay?

Re: Plains wheat's waking up
Wheat isn't looking too bad in NW Ohio. The snow is just now leaving. But this is a critical time with water ponding and the possible freeze thaw cycles for the next few weeks.
