RainRainRain
Suffering the aftermath of TS Lee. A steady and sometimes hard rain for over 32 hours now. Pouring as I type. Looks like 4" in the gauge.

Re: RainRainRain
Lee is just helping your RR2s hit 100 bpa . I have group 3 Pioneer Y beans out this year planted late so this rain isn't hurting me any. I just wish we would have had some of this weather in July.

Re: RainRainRain
That would have been nice. I had 50 acres sprayed for aphids.

Re: RainRainRain
I doubt we needed 5-6 inches of rain with more on the way...but I think the cool weather is hurting us as much as rain could help us. Beans don't grow well when it's cool...so they're basically just getting battered around by these rains...and ending up lodged and ugly.

Re: RainRainRain
I ended up with 4.7". I am actually surprised at how well the ground absorbed it. I did have some minor flooding in a creek bottom field of nice black ground, but little to no damage, so far.
