Funny you say that as I spend half the day on Sundays taking in what my friend is doing. He helps me out when I need another hand on something or a steering wheel holder, and I make recommendations for his operation.
He wants to do things close to the right way. Or at least make money at it. But has never had any guidance. I'm not that old of a fellar, but I've got a lot of miles!
