Re: ever seen 100 bushel beans?

Sitting in line to drop another load. This is the 128th trailer I've loaded and unloaded this fall. Huge crop of apples this year!
I just ran 15 gallon with my envive spray at planting. Used 20 gal with Gly in the summer for good coverage. I've learned in spraying pasture ground that wetter is better on weed control.
No surfactants used, but I do use a water conditioner when using Gly.

Re: ever seen 100 bushel beans?

Thanks Longcreek,

I will check those products out. We raise pretty good beans, but going to need to do something extra to get to the numbers you raised in those plots.

Re: ever seen 100 bushel beans?

Longcreek, job well done! How much fertilizer are you using before or at planting, and how much are you running through the sprayer? Thanks.

Re: ever seen 100 bushel beans?

Blacksand, I'm laying down 2 ton of chicken litter before planting corn plus 50 units UAN with herbicide. When I rotate back to beans the following year, no dry fertilizer is applied. Only the liquids mentioned above. Works out to be about 20 dollars cheaper with liquid as well.
I can't say this will work on other peoples dirt or not, only what I've recorded here
