199 A issue
when the tax reform act was passed they touted the 199a provision as a means of leveling the field because corporations were getting a cut in percentages and brackets.
now all of a sudden the 199A deductions were favoring the coops over non-coop private and corporate entities..
so instead of ALLOWING ALL BUSINESSES to issue 'production tax credits' they throw them out as drafted... giving corporate farms the tax advantage over pass thru entities... evidently if you want to compete and keep up with the neighbors farm they are forcing all of us into Subchapter S and C corps... --- more CPA and lawyer fees!
