Can't remember which ones right off but I thought a couple of big companies settled on their own which I think would take them out of class action.  I thought the coops were supposed to make their money on margins not speculating in the market. I think too much.

I believe that part of the settlement did an over ride on the legal agreements, and limited the amounts that lawyers could collect and keep to a reduced percent.

My memory seems to indicate that it was an eighth, or 12.5% but I might be wrong on this one.

So many lawsuits floating around that it is hard to keep them all straight.
