Re: BUTTER on $ale
200 cow carousel - let's do some math.
What breeds are involved? Holstein - Jersey?
If they average 1000# each that is 100 tons.
At 800# that's 80 tons.
Are they being fed while going for the ride?
Times sure are a changin!!
We milked 4 at a time after taking out the stanchions.

Re: BUTTER on $ale
I agree. Butter's price has risen, which is concerning since we use butter in almost every meal we cook. I needed some butter to dehydrate it for macaroni and cheese this evening. I went to the store, and the butter was one or two dollars more expensive than before! When I arrived home, I searched for how to dehydrate butter because it was my first time making such butter by myself. I followed every step in that guide carefully, and it worked! The macaroni and cheese tasted good after putting butter.
