And If the company handling the transfer is based in the US will they get an exemption?
Or if they are based in china will it not be an export if it was bought by one of their facilities here??
And if the elected "soccer mom's" and political courts can't handle this are we headed for the easy answer.... an Emperor or totalitarian Party rule.
