Re: Do you have too much farm insurance?

Insurance   '' Management ''  is  an  philosophy kinda  liken  to  marketing  - when  unfortunate  condition's  take  place - never enough  pre-planning ---

I  think our '' elected  - experts '' officials ''  being a prime example of that  - look at '' popularity '' numbers it's very self explanatory, lawyer's ,Congress - SO how does one prepare for a say a Nostradamus event like Fukushima  happening - open for discussion - I guess ?

It may pay to run the insurance program by a lawyer who can advise you on the likelihood of suits.  It's easy for an insurance agent to sell you high liability, but not wise to pay for coverage that will never be needed.  Each state is different.  It may be there is protection in the law against trespassers, for example.  Worth checking out.

When you have some range land near the river - hunting season is like keeping varmints out of the sweet corn patch ---

Liability is not the expense in insurance. Inflated possessions are. Insuring that 65k house for 200k is.

Replacement cost.

For those who who won't admit inflation claims are wrong.
