FAA May Relax Unmanned Aircraft Rules
The FAA is asking for comments on a proposal to relax some restrictions on unmanned aircraft (UA).
A main requirement is that each UA be able to be identified and tracked.
One issue is the danger to persons or objects if a UA falls on them. The kinetic energy question.
Training requirements are made easier to accomplish by allowing more on-line courses.
It's going to be a while before you regularly spray your corn with a UA, but it's certainly a possibility in the future.
