I don't know if the weather has anything to do with more land up for sale or not.. I don't think so, because a lot of whats being sold is CRP land. My thought would be the prices, and/or looming tax increases. But surprisingly the drought does not seem to be putting a damper on prices. Seems like every sale I hear about is at a higher price. A lot has to do wuith location.
