My farm in Arcadia, FL was put out of business within months of purchase and in the midst of developing a solar fish farm. The Right to Farm Act without enforcement did not allow DRD Enterprises a means of reporting this violation therefore I believe this inability to report and have further discovery to determine by Florida if in fact THEIR LAW was broken or not!
This inability to report a violation and have further investigation by the Department of AG, the only agency that has the jurisdiction over farms in Florida, violated the Civil Right of due process. DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie now has the burden financially and legally to enforce this Florida Law that Florida should be responsible for.
