RSW you are a s$$t spewing coward. Somebody finally called you out and now your running away. If you were for real, you would have arranged a meeting through personal messages or a phone call, and instead you kept it going for all to see. None of us need to "see how its done", we do this for a living, we are the professionals you call "monkeys". If it was as easy as you say we wouldn't be among the 2% of Americans doing this job. I'm not gonna pile on the guy, it is whatever it is.

If I've gotten the story right from him and a few comments from others, the rough story seems to be that his wife inherited a pretty good chunk of land and then they doubled down with good timing. Good for them.

It's just always reminded me of the old joke about the guy who's shipwrecked alone on a desert island with Cindy Crawford but is unhappy because there's nodody to brag about it to.

rsw, I think far from having everything to lose, you have everything to gain from the meeting. At least if you want to have an active voice on the message board. Idalivered generously offered to take time out of his schedule and meet you at YOUR farms that YOU need to check out. He's been respectful of you, near as I can tell. Your words: “It'll be fun to show you my farms and I have to check on some things anyway”. In case you didn't notice, the heat on you greatly diminished when it looked like the meeting was finally going to happen. Not saying some of these guys are going to like your future posts – they won't, but it'll blow out of the water one of the main criticisms – that you're faking the whole thing. If you want to have some legitimacy, you should follow through – starting with a phone call. The message board will be better off, and so will you. Just my opinion.

All I will say is I will think about it. I it appears to me even if I go down there they will not accept that I own the land and it is a worthless waste of my time.
