Idialivered- a change to our meeting on Monday

Idialivered- I spoke to soon on our Monday meeting. I forgot that I had an afternoon meeting scheduled with my Tax Attorney/Estate Planning guy to handle the 1/4 section Iowa farm I just got a few months ago to add to my North-Central Iowa Branch of my operation. I have 3 kids and you know how important it is to treat each child the same in regard to Estate Planning. Anyway, could we move our meeting from Monday of this coming week to either Tuesday though Friday of this coming week. Any of those 4 days will work out for me. Sorry for the problem this may cause you, but I am hopeing that it will work out for you on any of those other 4 days. Again, I am really looking forward to meeting you and showing you around my North-Central Iowa Branch of my Farm Operation. I rarely get the chance of talking about farming since I live in the big city, so I wll really enjoy talking about farming and also what we should do if we still have unpriced/hedged corn and soybeans in our marketing plan. Let me know if you can work around my schedule change and if one of those other 4 days will work for you. Thanks.

Excellent Idialivered, Friday will work for me. Do you want to check your map and see if meeting in Mersvery, Iowa would work too? It is only around 9 miles from Belmond, Iowa but closer to the 10 farms I own in that area. They have a bar in town that we can meet at and then go out and check all 10 farms. As mentioned, we didn't get all 10 farms planted this year due to the weather problems in the spring, but I should still check them out for weed issues. The 2013 crop year will end up being the worst crop year ever for me for the last 27 years.  Even the 1993 Flood year was better for me than this crop year. That should tell you how bad this year has been. I did get my big PP check from my Crop Insurance Company a few days ago. I was very pleased with the amount of money. I also didn't get any nitrogen down this spring on the PP Farms and that saved me around $100/acre/ Thank God for that!!! to sum up, I am really looking forward to meeting you this coming Friday and showing you around my North-Central Iowa Branch of my operation. My East-Central Iowa Branch is a little far to drive too in one day, but I only own around 480 acres for that Branch of my operation. The Branch I will be showing you is over 1,600 acres so it will take 3-4 hours to hit every farm.

Yes, I just drive down I-35  from Apple Valley, MN to  Meservey, Iowa. Only abou a 2 hour drive. A real short and easy drive, and  the bar is on Main Steet. It is the only bar in town so you can't miss it. I woild like to meet at 12 o'clock/noon. Let me know if 12 o'clovk worls for you. I am looking forwrd to meeting you and showing you the 10 farms/1,600+ acres I own in Norhern Iowa.. As mentioned, the 460 acres I own in Eastern Iowa is ro far away to try and cover in just 1 day. It should be fun to meet you. We will have a few beers first and then head out amd cover the 1,600+ acres.

Ok, i probably won't go on the complete tour of your empire. I'll try to get a plat book. I'm coming from the nw, would clear lake work? Bennigan's or a place downtown called seven's? would definitely be on your route.

Idialivered- Yes. Clear Lake would be fine. Is Bennigan's on Highway 218/main drag though Clear Lake? I can;t; remember, and how far is .Bennigan's from I-35? Also, I boight a brand-new SUV a little awhile ago and I want to see how well it does driving though the fields This will also make it faster to check on my cropland. In fact 1 corn field I own is a mile long and a mile wide. Anyway. let me know on my 2 questions. Looking forward to finially meet another poster..

Video tape my farmland? What do we name the movie? Instead of "Debbie Does Dallas". we call it "Debbie Does a Corn Field"? Sure, if Idialivered wants to take pictures, I don;t care. LOL
