Iowa State is reporting cash rents down for the thrid year.

Crop prices are down 50-60% and cash rents are down 15%, so they have a way to go. 🙂
Average rates 3 years ago were $270, 2 years ago 246 and last year 230. Of course, you and I know of many rents a lot higher than that, and these rates are probably pulled way down by pasture land in southern Iowa.
