Hey Fairy Tale, I just saw an aerial view of that last piece of land your in laws gave to you.  Well they say a picture is worth 1000 words, but when I look at this one, only two words come into my mind.  Looks like they think the same of you as everyone on this site.

No, with the recent 20% increase in Iowa farmland values for just the 1st 7 months of 2013 according to the USDA Farmland Report. I am done buying anymore Iowa farmland. With current new crop corn prices, the Return on Investment Ratios are slightly lower than the 75 year average. I will pass on anymore farmland that is currently for sale. The ROI Ratios tell me when farmland is a good use for any extra money I have..

Tell the truth Fairy Tale, you've never bought any land.  Not saying you don't own a few acres, but we all know it wasn't bought by you.  Better take your dog & pony show somewhere where you can sell it, we aren't buying it.

Wallace Co. land might be a good investment for Ole Fairy Tale, isn't that where it has recently been converted to flood irrigation?
