syngenta SYT is their stock symbol on the new york stock exchange....and they are listed on several other global exchanges too.

if monsanto ( a smaller co than syngenta, btw ) raises their bid ( say by $4 billion More, MO ) the syngenta board might consider it.

the afore deal is NOT some kinda farmer's coop such as you allude.
