30% in a single year. This with lowered assessed
Value. We are supposed to be a use/income assessment. Now what have profit margins been.

Property taxes here go up 3-5% a year, every year, inflation or not.

Doubled in two years....
gas and oil left,,,, population declines ... and agriculture picks up the tab.
and naturally we don;t want no new industry..... protest that.....

Proceed with caution - Experts at work thinking a migrant work force occupying jobs at a unimaginable turn over rate will add economic stability in-turn displacing folks that have 3-5 generations of rooted heritage in a community ---
Attempting to value & tax '' Tumble Weeds '' blowing down main street might not be a good '' section 179 '' replacement ?
In Nebraska, 2 packing facilities were shuttered right in the heart of the largest beef finishing counties in the nation, Tyson at West Point (Cumming County) & Tyson at Norfolk 25 miles to the west - kinda interesting ? ?
