I got her a new pair of Redwing high top work boots

Some new pots  and pans !

A ironing board

2 six packs of Jersey  yes i said 2 six packs of Jersey work gloves ( The brown ones )

A new sweeper -- one that pull's its self - to boot !!!

A Case of dawn dish soap -

6  cases of Cascade

some new dish towels

oh I forgot some sweeper bags to go  with the new sweeper !

3 boxes of Swiffers

AND a new Aluminum scoop shovel -- for snow or corn !

Sorry here - i hope you don't think I branging or be' n a big time spender - but after 35 years with me - she deserves every bit - May go see if I can find her a few more things - like heavy wool socks and long johns - I know ! maybe some new Carharts !

This ties in pretty well with our talk about farm wives yesterday. If I bought any of that I'd need to move in with one of you. We don't even have a dog house here at buckfarms. The dog stays in the house most of the time.

I think I'll get her a gift certificate to a spa.

Thanks Kay for the nice words !  Matter of fact - I have told her that myself - BUT she just go's into a laughing fit and then sez- yeah Ken - what ever you think and sometimes she will add a  bad word to boot - I just don't think she really appreciates me sometimes and it -- it  hurts - you know . But enough about my sad wy oflife here - lol

Thank you for the kind response. Almost every woman would like a kind loving compassionate sensitive man as a lifetime mate. Unfortunately most of them are hooked up with other men! Lol

One year I got my wife a manure spreader.

She said it was one of the nicest things I ever did.

Had some horses at the time.

Our anniversary today.

She;s a keeper, , been 37 years.
