yes rsw, you are about right by my calculations. Some parts of Iowa are total crap.. like 120-130 bpa. wow, didnt know that.

Are the input cost similar for 120 parts Iowa as they are in better parts. Rent excluded of corse. That is kind of where I am at here in Ohio with enough rain I can get to 165 but then a year like last and the average is shot to crap. But to get the 165 I'm over $400 per acre. Plus rent. I only offer higher rent after a property has proven that it can produce good yields.
