Re: Rush Co Kansas land auction/Dirt Type or Rating?/Naked Women Clubs
Well God **bleep**, us Iowa farmland owners only buy dirt that we can pay the "REAL FARMERS" around $130 to $160/acre to Custom Farm for us!!!! We have found that trying to be a "REAL FARMER" cuts into the time we have to spend on the Golf Course, the Bars, and my favorite place the Country Club. Yes, us Iowa Landowners will let you boys do the "REAL FARMING" for us, that allows us to spend much more time at those 3 things that we enjoy!!!!!! Also, perhaps a few hours a week at the "Naked Women Clubs" in the Des Moines, Iowa area. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, last time I tried and jumped to get on the stage with the Naked Woman I was tossed out of the Strip Club. That was the end of my dancing days. LOL

You're wrong again RSW. I am an Iowa farmland owner and spent $160 an acre to buy farm machinery so I can raise better crops than those custom farmers who don't care about producing high yields for maximum ROI

I'm telling John Walter that we need a forum where people can post their net worth on a daily basis or even more often if we are so inclined

Re: Rush Co Kansas land auction/Dirt Type or Rating?/Naked Women Clubs
Mike NCIA- you should get a few percentage points higher ROI than a guy who Custom Farms his dirt, That is a given or should be. My equipment, labor, and fuel comes to $140 to $150/acre and you should me able to beat that by $50/acre I believe. Or for taking on all these production costs, I hope you can beat me in this area, after all, your doing all the labor, putting up your equipment, and fuel.

Real-time..I love it Krafty......
automatically updated while board of trade is open, and re-visited after every Hertz or Farmer's National land auction....
RSW could create his own algorithim and sell it to interested parties.......all two of them!!

Well Ray, you are a hot shot grain merchandizer, most grain farmers in Iowa have dealt with you or spoken with you at one time or another in their farming career, even myself.
But . . . you don't know Jack about land! I just love these "mine is bigger than yours" arguments. Keep it up, and maybe we can talk about some of the problems with Cargill in Eddyville, Milan, etc. Pass the popcorn and get me another Corona. John
