Is the ERC program for real? Look it up, it was made available under section 3134 of the Internal Revenue Code (Code), enacted by section 9651 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (the ARP).
What does it mean for your US business? $26,000 for each employee you had in 2020 and/or 2021.
How does one obtain this money? Via It is NOT a grant, loan or PPP.
Is that it? Well, no, you do have to activate your benefits via the site!

Re: Tax incentives for both 2020 and 2021?
Thanks for the information; I appreciate it a lot. Honestly, tax incentives for 2021 are an actual question for me. Unfortunately, my started business moved very hard last year due to the pandemic. Like numerous payments and taxes, such a moment only killed him during the period of stagnation. So I want to find all possible ways to save my affair with the help of some leverage and possibly tax debt relief. I found a tax resolution service that offers support in this issue. Indeed, I need to get qualified assistance in matters of financial payments to the state and know how to get around unnecessary costs with impunity and legally.

Re: Tax incentives for both 2020 and 2021?
I do not think that the Paycheck Protection Program will help businesses during the pandemic because there are fewer and fewer customers. The business simply does not generate income, which means it is impossible to pay a loan for it. And even if they give tax incentives for PPP, it still doesn't help, in my opinion. Although I was forced to join PPP, otherwise, I would have just had to close my two restaurants for non-payment of taxes and rent. However, I am still working in a small minus since there are fewer customers. I hope this pandemic will end someday. The only thing that pleases me is finding out about a new way to fill out a tax return. It consists of tax filing software, which automatically fills in all the information. You don't have to count your taxes yourself. And if someone is interested in learning more about tax filing software, I advise you to read this article - https://tipsogram.com/best-tax-software/.

Re: Tax incentives for both 2020 and 2021?
I need such articles because in the future, I plan to open a business together with my wife, and I need to learn as much as possible about taxes. By the way, thank you very much for sharing this information, because that's what I needed! I often read articles about taxes and finance on https://www.greedyrates.ca/. Sometimes, I want to read something new, so I love articles like yours. I don't understand why our government raises taxes every year -- the pandemic is difficult for everyone as it is, many people can't afford to pay their bills.

Re: Tax incentives for both 2020 and 2021?
Taxes are one of the main things any entrepreneur should think about. Unfortunately, we live in a country where we have to pay huge taxes. The higher your profits, the higher the tax. When you open your own business, you automatically apply for an ЕIN. It is needed to keep track of a particular entrepreneur's taxable income. I advise you to obtain this number immediately so that you do not have problems with accounting in the future. If you are an employer, you earn taxable income anyway. Some companies provide services for issuing this number. We can say that this is one of the conditions for starting a business. The company https://e-delaware.com/ein allows getting this number if necessary.
