calling out RSW

With todays internet/ county assesors websites why dont you put up the links to verify everything you claim to be?

Its pretty simple, for a bragger like you this should be quite fun

If you are a phony, well guess we will never see anything like this from you

You have two options- prove it or we will consider you a fake- the ball is in your court

Re: calling out RSW

It's on the web sites. You only need his name. His spouse is the main deed holder both in her married name and her maiden name. There is no disgrace in that except he chooses to take the lions share of the credit for the business acumen.

She must be a special kind of woman to put up with him. He probably a completely different person around the Boss. Going back to a real job wouldn't be much fun.

Re: calling out RSW

Kraft, are you saying the properties are all accounted for there? Not to be an apologist for rsw, but if so, that's far from being a fake. He frequently mentions his wedding gift of 240 acres, so he doesn't take all credit. I've just looked over some old posts of his and one can often find him giving out useful info. No doubt he's a numbers geek and it drives many people crazy, but there are things to gleam from his posts. I think sometimes what to him is just laying out his facts comes across as bragging, but I'm not so sure it's really that. I live in an area full of engineering nerds (think Asperger's syndrome), so maybe I see things a little bit different.

Re: calling out RSW

I can't say that but there are a significant number of properties listed in their names on the assessment roles in Franklin and cerro gordo counties. No, I did not add them up but could have. I did look at csr ratings and theydo have some excellent farms but like yours and mine they have poorer soils mixed in with the better ones. Not every farm is top quality.

I'm not saying he is a fake but he might come across as a bit breezy. A little humility would serve him well. People might be getting a little weary of his music.

But then there are folks that are weary of my music as well but they don't hesitate to tell me either.

But Kraft, you are so much fun to spare with, and you occasionally have some mixed in wisdom in a return comment. LOL

Re: calling out RSW

I have almost defended him a couple times. Just read on another thread that he has never heard of flying on or crop dusting corn. How could he even drive around that part of the country and not see some of that going on. If his custom orerator has never talked to him about it he's not much of a custom farmer. How can He constantly talk about ROI for owning farmland and not pay any attention to ROI of something as small as fungicides. I can't remember him talking about beans. So continuous corn without late season fungicides or insecticides??????

Re: calling out RSW

Krafi's posts indicate that he is an extremely inteligent , compassionate man. I think that he sometimes likes to "Stir the Pot",
or another way is to say "Devils Advocate"

Re: calling out RSW

You definately are one of the smarter bears. I do not know about the devils advocate but I do like to stimulate people to look at things from a different perspective. Some probably think I am the devil period.

In any case I am an imperfect person in an imperfect world. I readily admit to that!
